sure she uses technology all the time she just likes this we kept track of our weights this whole year on these little pieces of paper so we have this notepad and we would just literally write down our weights every day on here whenever we weighed in and just write like J or B our weight and the date and then sometimes there's a little fun no it's like Oh 100 pounds lost or that kind of thing but yeah all these wonderful views of paper is what we use to keep track of our weight if she calls him her psycho paper yes these are my psycho papers so we had this notepad and we just kept recording on it so okay so I took all the numbers from those documents it took us about what you say an hours yeah it took about an hour to do everything we went through and inputted them into an Excel document and then we were able to make a line graph like this so this will show you there's one line for me and one line for Brian the progression of our weight loss over the year so you can see how we went up and down or any of that kind of stuff the interesting thing to me on this is just look at the lines they just look
