Guests are required to provide there own linen unless otherwise arranged when booking. All linen, including towels, bath mats etc can be provided with beds made up before arrival and stripped after departure for $15 per single and $25 per queen and double for the whole stay.

Bedroom 3: - One Double Bed and 1 Single Bed. A very big room.
Bedroom 4: - 3 Single Beds, and heaps of extra room with raised entertainment area including an IPOD amplifier and 26inch TV.

Sleeps ten very comfortably with all beds at floor level. (NO BUNK BEDS)
All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers.
